Sean Alvarez
Ajay Chankramath is the Founder and CEO of Platformetrics, a unique Platform Engineering advisory and consultancy. With a career spanning over three decades, he has established himself as a leader in technology, driving transformative initiatives within engineering organizations, particularly in the realm of platform engineering. He held senior technology leadership roles at Brillio, Thoughtworks, Oracle, Broadridge and Xilinx. Ajay frequently shares his expertise at international technology conferences and has authored influential articles on platform engineering strategies. He is also a Platform Engineering Ambassador and an educator, teaching platform engineering and leadership topics. Nic Cheneweth is a Principal Consultant and Strategist at Thoughtworks and is the founding infrastructure contributor to Thoughtworks Digital Platform Strategy. His undergraduate studies are in computer science, and he holds an MBA, doctorate, and post-doctorate degrees. With 30 years of executive leadership, consulting, and engineering experience in roles ranging from the courtroom to the boardroom, as a former CEO, VP, Chief Counsel, Director, or entrepreneur in startup, private, and publicly traded companies, Nic brings a unique perspective to technology strategy and implementation.
Bryan Oliver is an experienced engineer and leader who designs and builds distributed systems. He works in the Platform Engineering team at Thoughtworks, focusing on Cloud-Native platforms. He enjoys contributing to Open Source and speaking at technical conferences internationally.
